The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to restore the agricultural electricity connection bearing No.60 situated at S.No.633/4B, Pallicherry Village, Linga Reddy Palayam, Villupuram District, based on his representation dated 31.08.2017
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said service connection was damaged by some miscreants and consequently, the petitioner is not getting the power supply to the agricultural land.
3. When the matter was taken up on 5.1.2018 for admission, the learned counsel for the respondents took notice and sought time to get instructions. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for further hearing.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that the agricultural service connection given to the petitioner land was damaged by some miscreants and that the Department has also given the
police complaint.
5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to restore the service connection to the above said land situated at S.No.633/4B, Pallicherry Village, Linga Reddy Palayam, Villupuram District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
