This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to complete the investigation in Crime No.22 of 2019 dated 2/2/2019, pending on the file of the respondent Police and file the final report.

2. Heard Mr.Adinarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though First Information Report is registered, final report has not yet been filed.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks two months time to file final report.

5. Submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

6. Accordingly, the respondent Police is directed to file a report, before the concerned Court, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
