O R D E R

This Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent police to grant necessary police protection based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.06.2020.

2. On perusal of records, the petitioner requested to the Revenue Officials viz., Tahsildar to survey his property comprised in Survey No.81/50 measuring an extent of 00040.50 Square meter (436 Sq.ft) out of 0.04 cents, which is classified as Natham and also requested to issue patta.

3. It is seen that the said land is classified as Natham and as such, the petitioner has requested for patta and also demark the house plat. In this regard, he did not pay any requisite fees to survey the above said property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. It is made clear that if any request made by the petitioner in the requisite form along with the payment of necessary fee and if the Tahsildar appoint any surveyor to survey the property and if he feels any difficulty or hindrance by opposite parties, the concerned surveyor can very well seek for police protection before the jurisdictional police station. If the surveyor any sought for police protection, the same may be considered after conducting enquiry with the counter party and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
