O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that a land dispute is pending between the petitioner and one Surya Sudhakar who is the Power Agent of one Subramaniam in respect of which, two suits, OS.No.256 of 2014 and OS.No.460 of 2014 are pending between the parties before the learned District Munsif Court, Alandur.

4. While so, it is alleged by the petitioner that the Inspector of Police is interfering into the civil matter and is preventing the petitioner from constructing a building in his own land and that the Inspector is also forcing the petitioner to sell his property to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said Subramaniam. In this connection, the petitioner has also sent a representation dated 20.05.2015 to the Joint Commissioner of Police, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai.

5. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner but take action only in accordance with law. The respondent police shall also ensure that there is no law and order problem on account of this dispute.
