This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned Auction Notice published in ''Dinamalar'' Puducherry Edition on 08.08.2014.

2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 24.07.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 26.07.2017. When the matter came up for hearing on 22.08.2017, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent that the petitioner is no more. However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
