received from other villages being the larger area. On 12.01.2009, the aforesaid facts are noticed, as also the submission of the learned counsel for the State that if the petitioner wants 5 cents of land to be used for any other purpose, he can make a representation to that effect and if he wants re-conveyance of land, he may file an application in that regard. The petitioner took time to obtain instructions on 12.01.2009. Thereafter, the matter has not been listed.
