Comp.A.No.266 of 2023 in C.P.No.65 of 2002 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., Ms.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Company Application, which is filed to determine the fee structure of the counsel appointed by this Court, with liberty to file the same as and when arbitral proceedings are complete.

Permission sought for is granted.

Consequently, this Company Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
