2. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, the learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing as to the admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
