Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.P.Arumugarajan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus directing the second respondent to implement the directions issued by the first respondent dated 11.08.2018, wherein and whereby, he directed the location of the TASMAC Shop No.4453 at No.180, GST Road, Chromepet, Pallavaram, Chennai (S.No.508/21).

4. The petitioner is the owner of the premises. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the said premises was taken on lease by the respondents for running a TASMAC shop, till this date, the respondents neither located the said shop nor paid the rent. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present writ petition, based on a communication issued by the 1st respondent on 11.08.2018.

5. The learned standing counsel for the second respondent, based on instructions, submitted that the said shop will be opened at the said premises within a period of four weeks and therefore, the petitioner need not have any apprehension.

5. Recording the above said submission made by the learned standing counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
