Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent passed in K.DIS.P&C 2 (1)/1927/2017 dated 05.10.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue FL2 licence to the petitioner club under Tamil Nadu Liquor (Licence and Permit) Rules, 1981 in a time bound manner and pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render justice.
