This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.12.2013, investigate the case and file a charge sheet before the competent court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
