Respondent Prayer : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 am, until further orders, imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.R.C.No.328 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 in Crime No.300 of 2023 pending before the respondent police. ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting Statutory Bail on 04.03.2024 in Crl.R.C.No.328 of 2024.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail.
3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.328 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Alandurai Police Station, Coimbatore, once in a month, i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the trial proceedings.
4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
