ORDER

When the Criminal Revision Case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents has been compromised and the terms and conditions whereof have been reduced into writing by a compromise memo dated 09.02.2015. The compromise memo dated 09.02.2015 has been produced before this Court in which the petitioner as well as the first respondent have signed. A reading of the compromise memo would indicate that the petitioner has paid the entire arrears amount of Rs.1,21,250/- towards maintenance commencing from 01.04.2005 to 10.12.2014 and also agreed to pay Rs.1,500/- to the respondents in the upcoming months. It is also seen that the first respondent has agreed to the said proposal made by the petitioner. Therefore, counsel for both sides prayed this Court to record the compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the first respondent and to dispose of the Criminal Revision Case in terms of the compromise memo. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In the light of the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo dated 09.02.2015.
