For Petitioner in both : Mr.K.Subbu Ranga Bharathi For Respondent in both : Mr.S.Makesh J U D G E M E N T Both petitions have been filed by the husband to withdraw the H.M.O.P.Nos.88 and 98 of 2013 pending on the file of Sub Court, Cheyyar and transfer the same to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

Both the parties appeared before this Court and inspite of efforts taken by the counsel for both the parties, the dispute between the parties cannot be sorted out and therefore, this court proceeds to decide the case on merits.

Taking into consideration of the convenience of both the parties, inspite of transferring the matter from Sub Court, Cheyyar to Family Court, Chennai, it is appropriate to transfer the case to the file of Principal Sub-Court, Kancheepuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, both the matters namely H.M.O.P.Nos.88 and 98 of 2013 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Cheyyar are withdrawn and they are transferred to Principal Sub-Court, Kancheepuram for joint trial and disposal. The Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar is directed to send the case papers to the file of Principal SubCourt, Kancheepuram. Accordingly both the transfer petitions are disposed of. No costs.
