ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to consider the representation dated 13.03.2020.

2. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been rejected by the third respondent by order dated 10.08.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this order has not been served either upon by the petitioner or on the counsel representing the writ petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested that the rejection order should be served on the petitioner, so that the petitioner can work out her remedy.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order dated 10.08.2020 will be immediately served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In view of the subsequent development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy against the order of the third respondent dated 10.08.2020, if she is aggrieved. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
