Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to provide alternative shop/site for the petitioner to run parched rice shop follow shop; Flower shop; Flower shop No.1, Flower shop; and Tea stall shop No.7, respectively which is running more than 20 years, 2p years, 20 years, 23 years, 20 years and 20 years respectively which sole source of income, based on the representation dated 15.06.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Saravanan For Respondent : Mr.B.Anand COMMON ORDER By consent, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal. 2.There are six writ petitions seeking limited prayer for issuance of Mandamus directing the respondent to provide alternative shop or site to run their respective shops which the petitioners are running as the sole source of income, based on their representations dated 15.06.2015.

4.Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioners, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 15.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
