This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2252 of 2016, dated 16.02.2016.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court on 16.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.2252 of 2016 has granted anticipatory bail to this petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Karaikal and report before the Karaikal Town Police Station daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner is a fisherman and he is the sole bread winner of his family. The petitioner is not able to go for employment to maintain his family, due to stay at Karaikal. Hence, he prayed that the above said condition may be relaxed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 22.02.2016. 4.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police instead of Karaikal Town Police Station, daily at 06.00 p.m., until further orders.

5. Except the above modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court on 16.02.2016 shall remain unaltered.
