This Petition has been filed seeking to amend the relief sought to seeking records relating to an order dated 16.12.2024 passed by the third respondent and to quash the same.

2. The original relief was filed for calling for the records relating to an order dated 20.06.2024. The earlier order was with respect to an order of suspension. Now further orders had been passed relieving the petitioner from service. Naturally, the petitioner has a cause to question the subsequent order passed also.

Even though, the relief is sought to amend, I would mould the relief sought by stating that the relief could now include a further relief to call for the records relating to the order dated 16.12.2024 in CSICE/DRC/035/2024 of the third respondent and quash the same.
