ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to transfer the investigation in C.S.R No.441 of 2020 from the file of the respondent to any other investigating agency.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint in C.S.R No.441 of 2020. The petitioner alleged that the respondent did not even enquire the complaint and as such, he seeks for transfer of investigation. It is curious to note that petitioner's complaint has not even registered till today. Therefore, there is no question of transfer of investigation and only enquiry is pending on the file of the respondent. Original Petition is devoid of merits.
