Respondent/Petitioner This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.280 of 2014 on the file of Family Court at Dindigul and to transfer the same any of the Family Court at Chennai. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Ganesha For Respondent : Mr.R.Boopathy J U D G E M E N T The above petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.280 of 2014 filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights from the file of the Family Court, Dindigul to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband would submit that the petitioner was set exparte as early as on 9.9.2014 and exparte decree of restitution of conjugal rights was granted on 29.10.2014. The respondent-husband also filed a copy of the exparte decree along with the typed set of papers.
