ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the respondents 1 to 3 in Crl.O.P.No.17283 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant submits that the petitioner was threatened by the respondents 1 to 3 and their henchmen. Hence, for the purpose of seeking protection, it is required to cancel the anticipatory bail. He further submits that there is an attempt to tamper the witness and hence, prays to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police submits that this is a case of matrimonial dispute and investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned court and the same was taken on file. He also submits that respondents 1 to 3 have been regularly complying the conditions and it is purely a matrimonial dispute between the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel on either side, considering the fact that the respondents 1 to 3 have been complying with the conditions regularly, taking into account that investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed, this Court is of the view that there is no ground for cancelling bail and the petition is devoid of merits.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 09.10.2025 nr 2/4
