PRAYER : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, pleased to direct to dispose an unnumbered Crl.M.P.(SR) No.5565 of 2021 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct to dispose an unnumbered Crl.M.P.(SR).No.5565 of 2021 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry, seeking to take legal action against the accused for offences under Sections 166, 166A, 167, 218, 109 IPC r/w 34 of IPC. The complaint has been filed on 17.05.2020 and it was taken up in Crl.M.P.(SR).No.5565 of 2021 and thereafter, the petitioner is appearing everyday and it has been continuously adjourned without any orders and she would seek that direction may be issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate to dispose it in accordance with law.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry to dispose Crl.M.P.(SR).No.5565 of 2021 in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
