This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.74 of 2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are not an accused in this case.
