ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioner relies upon a civil court judgment in support of his application seeking transfer of patta in his name for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application. However, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online application, dated 08.01.2026 seeking transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
