(CRIME NO.815/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 until further orders in Crl.MP.No.639 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.19236/2020 dated 27.01.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for relaxing the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 27.01.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.639 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19236 of 2020.

2. By order dated 27.01.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.639 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19236 of 2020, this Court granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions, out of which, one condition is that the petitioner should report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the aforesaid condition.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the above bail condition imposed on him and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considering the prevailing COVID - 19 Pandemic situation, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid bail condition imposed on the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 27.01.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.639 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19236 of 2020 is hereby relaxed and this petition is allowed.
