This Writ petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2016 and retain her husband K.Govindaswamy (CT.No.10013) son of Kesavan, Life Convict in S.No.81/94 on the file of VII Additional Judge, Chennai at Chennai Prison.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is jointly represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was again transferred to Vellore Prison on 16.07.2017 and he continues thereon.
