Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16429 of 2020 on 21.12.2020.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
