..Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the letter No.2027/AE8/TNRSP II/ PPC04/2013 dated 29.12.2014 issued by the first respondent to the petitioner and quash the same and direct the respondents to carry out the road widening project through the government lands in S.No.806, 807, 808 and in R.S.No.110, 118, 119 instead of the State Highway SH.No.15 i.e, Erode to Ooty road to 151st to 153rd kms.
