..Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from retiring the petitioner's service as Sanitary Worker in the 5th respondent society.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to forbear the respondents from retiring the petitioner's service as Sanitary Worker in the 5th respondent society.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent made a submission that the Administrator of the fifth respondent Society has issued an order in proceedings dated 19.11.2014, by stating that the writ petitioner Thiru K.Palani, was retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 24.06.2014 and also relieved from service on 10.09.2014.

3.In this regard, the writ petitioner also sent a letter to Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, Advocate. This apart, since the writ petitioner has already been retired from service, no further adjudication needs
