This Tr.CMP.No.689 of 2014 has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to withdraw HMOP No.84 of 2014 pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram and transfer the same to the Family Court at Chennai.

Though notice has been served to the respondent, there was no appearance on behalf of the respondent. 3.

The petitioner states that she has got a child of three years old. The petitioner is residing at Chennai and she finds it very difficulty to travel to Kancheepuram to attend the proceedings in Family Court, Kancheepuram for every hearing, where, her personal appearance is mandatory besides she has to travel a distance of 120 kilometers to and fro. 4.

Taking into consideration of the above facts, this Court is inclined to withdraw HMOP No.84 of 2014 pending on the file of the Family Court at Kancheepuram and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. No costs. Cosnequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
