Crl.M.P.No.5940 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21474 of 2022 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.196 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21474 of 2022 dated 10.01.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until filing of the final report and also appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.196 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21474 of 2022 dated 10.01.2023, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
