This petition is filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Ms.K.Aparna Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.H.Mary Sowmi Rlexi, learned counsel for appearing on behalf of M/s.Issac Chambers for the first respondent and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader for the third respondent.

Though notice having been served, there is no representation on behalf of the second respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and as there is no serious objections in condoning the delay, the delay of 44 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
