O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in HMOP.No.4417 of 2015 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai for divorce. The said OP has been filed in the year 2015. So far, the respondent has not filed the counter statement. The Family court proceeds with the trial by examining the petitioner's side evidence. At this stage, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that there is no interlocutory application is pending in the above petition and hence there is no legal impediment to dispose of the said petition.

3. By considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the court below to dispose of the petition in HMOP.No.4417 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
