ORDER

The petitioner herein alleging that the President of the Village is not permitting him and his family members to participate in the temple festival is before this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a representation given by the petitioner has been enquired and the President of Village has given an undertaking that they will permit the petitioner and his family members to participate in the temple festival. Their undertaking has been recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner herein and his family members to participate in the temple festival as per their understanding and undertaking given by the President of the Village. Consequently, 2/4
