ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.08.2015 in CSR.NO.90 of 2015 and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.90/2015 and when the parties were called, they agreed to amicably settle the issues and they also given statement to that effect.
