O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed to withdraw and to transfer the FCOP No.615 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai and to file alongwith HMOP No.40 of 2017 on the file of Sub Court, Ponneri.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in transferring the case in FCOP No.615 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai to Sub Court, Ponneri where HMOP No.40 of 2017 filed by the petitioner is pending. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in F.C.O.P.No.615 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri. The Presiding Officer, II Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to F.C.O.P.No.615 of 2017 to the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Ponneri is directed to dispose of both FCOP No.615 of 2017 & HMOP No.40 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
