This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.08.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.AR.M.Arunachalam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in respect of the same cause of action one Kamalakannan has lodged a complaint and the same is pending enquiry with the 3rd respondent police.

4. Under such circumstances, the 3rd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by Kamalakannan and take action in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
