ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to execute a sale deed in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased N.M.Saraswathi in respect of the property situated at Door No.30, Plot No.213, Second Street, Bharathi Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai - 49.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is one of the legal heir of the deceased N.M.Saraswathi who is the original allottee in Plot No.213 admeasuring 800 sq.ft situated at Door No.30, Second Street, Bharathi Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai.

4. A perusal of the written instruction of the respondents reveals that so far the land has not been transferred in favour of the respondents. After transfer of the entire land, the respondents are ready to execute a sale deed in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased original allottee N.M.Saraswathi ,on production of legal heirship certificate. 2/4

5. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to execute a sale deed in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased original allottee N.M.Saraswathi in respect of the subject property on production of the legal heirship certificate, after transfer of the entire property in the name of the respondents herein.

6. With view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
