This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 27.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4193 of 2023 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.
