No. 170/1) of 15 Cents (6215 sq.ft.) of Mamallapuram Village, Tirukalukundram, Kancheepuram District as unsustainable on the ground that the same issue is pending in O.S. No.125 of 2016 in Civil Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 921/2017 AA2 dated 24.7.2018 on the file of 3rd respondent for land in Survey No. 278/3 (Old S.No.170/1) Mamallapuram Village, Tirukalukundram.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for

further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
