JUDGMENT
The present appeal has been filed as against the order of acquittal dated 29.5.2015 made in S.T.R.No.12 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahe.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.8.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant as well as respondent. Hence, the criminal appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
