This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.08.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.T.G.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner had invested with the opposite party in gold business and there was a loss. According to the petitioner, he had not given any consent to the opposite party to purchase gold. On a complete reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be a commercial business transaction.
4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
