This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP No.1235 of 2023 dated 13.02.2023 made in Crl OP No.21006 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
