ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.259 of 2018 within a time frame as fixed by this court.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent would submit that they will file a final report within a period of one month.
3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
