The petitioner in R.C.O.P.No.35 of 2018 on the file of the Rent Controller & District Munsif, Coimbatore has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of the same.

2. From perusal of the 'A' diary extract it is seen that two interlocutory applications have been filed and the same are pending. One is I.A.No.158 of 2018 and the other is I.A.No.261 of 2018. I.A.No.158 of 2018 has been filed to direct the respondent to deposit the arrears of rent and I.A.No.261 of 2018 has been filed by the tenants for determining the monthly rent that is payable in respect of the premises as there was a dispute with regard to the quantum of rent. Without disposing I.A.No.261 of 2018 there is no question of disposing of RCOP No.35 of 2018. Therefore, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.261 of 2018 on or before 30.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and further proceed to hear RCOP.No.35 of 2018.

3. With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
