PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the detention order passed by the third respondent made in his proceedings in C.No.02/PBMMSEC.Act/IS/2023 dated 25.03.2023 in detaining the detenu under the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980) as a Black Marketer and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely S.Babu, S/o.Subramanian, aged 47 years, (who is presently undergoing detention in the Central Prison, Coimbatore) before this Court and set him at liberty. [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Mr.A.Sathishkumar, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor are before us. 2.Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 04.05.2023 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.120, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department. 2/4

3.In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned Habeas Corpus Petition. 4.Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
