By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to have purchased the lands admeasuring 2.81 acres in Survey Nos.316/1B, 316/2A and 320/2A; 61 cents in Survey No.320/1; and 69 cents in Survey No.337/2, totally 4.11 acres in Sirumaillur Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, in a public auction held on 08.09.2010 in execution of recovery proceedings by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai, and he submitted a representation, dated 10.06.2012, to the second respondent, for issuance of patta, which was also followed by reminder, dated 29.06.2013 and a further representation, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
10.06.2014 to the first respondent. Since he has not been favoured with any response, he has come forward to file this Writ Petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.M.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the second respondent, by enclosing a copy of this order as well as the earlier letters, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent, on reciept of the said representation, is directed to consider the same in accordance with law, after putting the petitioner and the persons concerned on notice, and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision to the parties.
