ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioners by uploading the same in the online mode pursuant to the proceedings of the 3 rd respondent dated 02.02.2025.

Heard Mr.J.Selvarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5.

In the considered view of this Court, the 3 rd respondent has passed an order on 02.02.2025 for issuing patta in the name of the petitioners with respect to the subject property. In view of the same, the 3 rd respondent shall take steps to upload the same in the on-line mode, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
