Prayer: Writ Petition in W.P.No.19422 of 2015 is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to recognize the House Surgeon Internship (Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship-CRRI) being done by the petitioners in the 4th respondent college with effect from 30.3.2015 by granting approval for the said college for the purpose of doing CRRI for the Academic year 2015-2016 or direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to transfer the petitioners for the purpose of doing CRRI to any other recognized Government Medical College Hospital in the State of Tamil Nadu and reckon the CRRI of the petitioners with effect from 30.3.2015 to enable them to complete the MBBS Degree Course in the Academic Year 2015-2016.
