According to the revision petitioners, the revision petitioners

have challenged the Arbitral Ex-Parte Award dated 06.08.2015 made in ACP.No.(EF/CAR) ACP 86 of 2014 pending for execution on the file of the IX Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai in EP.No.1863 of 2017. According to the revision petitioners, the revision petitioners have not received summons in the arbitration proceedings.

2. The arbitration award dated 06.08.2015 made in ACP.No.(EF/CAR) ACP 86 of 2014 cannot be challenged before this Court. It is open to the revision petitioner challenging the award before the Appellate forum, under the provisions of the Act. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with above observations. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
